Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours vary, Same Day Delivery is guaranteed delivery zone. Orders for delivery should arrive by end of day latest. (Usually within the hour) The driver will call/text you when they are on the way to you, often from a blocked number so be sure to be expecting a call. We check ID upon delivery for 19+ if you are under 25, verify order and payment method.

12PM - 10PM Across most of GTA
12PM - 5:30PM Georgina 
12PM - 5:30PM Barrie / Surrounding
12PM - 5:30PM Oshawa / Surrounding

Delivery Fee
$10 flat fee to orders anywhere in Toronto and selected areas of GTA.
Free Delivery on orders over $100+
Orders outside of our primary delivery zone is $20, plus a $10 discount for orders over $100.
Orders outside of delivery zone may still be applicable, you can try to request an order to see if it will be rejected.

Oshawa and surrounding areas will be a $20 Delivery fee with a $10 Discount on orders over $100.

Shipping Fee
Any mail order outside/Inside of Ontario but within Canada is $20
$10 off for orders over $100. 

Payment Methods
Currently we are only accepting Cash and Bitcoin.
We are working to implement Email Transfers as well.

Do you have any promotion?
Yes, we have many promotions! On your birthday, with ID Provided we will give you a free gift!

I have a problem with my order, what can i do?
As soon as you notice the issue please contact Online Orders Department directly. Be sure to note important details like your name, order number and a photo of your order if the case is missing product. The sooner we receive your issue and all details the quicker we are able to resolve.

What is your return policy?

Sometimes you buy things you don’t like- it happens. We get it.
That’s why at Krown Kush we offer a generous exchange policy that allows you to trade in your purchased product with one of equal or lesser value.
Sativa tripping you out? Exchange it for a mellow Indica. Just make sure you haven’t consumed more than 10% of the product you’re trading in!
If you’re not fully satisfied with the product you purchased and choose not to exchange it for a new one.
To qualify, at least 90% of the product you purchased must be returned.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Yes you can! You can contact our Online Orders Department at krownkush@gmail.com or the courier if he has reached out to you.
